I'm pretty sure that's a scoot to 360 wall flip. Cause a 360 wall flip is exactly like that and if It was a wall cork you would have to cork into the wall

To be honest, it's just like a wall back 360, but with a scoot instead of a regular run-up. My friend does his wall back 360's with a J step, but he doesn't call it a wall cork because it is the same thing, from 0:12 it looks just like a wall back 360 but with a slightly off run up.
