  • Great video, I was coming to some similar conclusions myself. Personally I have noticed that when businesses give me something that I think is helpful and useful (like a free report educating me on HOW the thing they are selling can be helpful/useful to me)...I have gained something (knowledge) even if I don't buy at that time...but when it does come time for me to buy that product/service, I will first think of those who gave me something useful, rather than their "buy now" competition.
