@lovablebutterfly It's really unlikely that you can build 'massive' muscles in a week. In one week you are unlikely to make complete new muscle fibres to recruit to existing muscle mass to make your body larger, ESPECIALLY as a female. After every workout you should always be stretching to return your muscles to their resting length and get blood flowing through them to remove lactic acid.

@stardollfansforever one more thing i forgot to mention is, you should do cardio! cardio exercises are not going to target fat in specific areas of your body but you can't do spot reducing so your best chance for losing thigh fat is by doing cardio exercises and getting rid of layers of fat all over. I'm not sure if this particular workout is cardio or not but I do know that cardio might be what your looking for (:

Guys! I love Sarah AND Zuzana, but I don't think it's fair to compare them. I am already doing squats, deadlifts, thrusters, .... I know that spot fat removal is a myth, but I am going to try your workout before bashing it.
