  • @RGKristine I know right! Its not cellulite that i need to trim down but muscle. They are very muscular from dance. I will write you if i find anything! :)

    it would be much more motivating if i could do this exercices "with her".

  • @ilithio True. A suggestion is that maybe you could write down how many times you do the exercise, then you do them and maybe you could turn on music or the video. That is what I did :)

  • @jerseyygirl123 try not eating starchy carbs after 3 pm.. IE no rice or pasta or potato with dinner - lots of veggies and lean protein.

  • @MsJingleMingle to get thinner legs, you must lose body fat through strength training, cardio and a proper diet. This is will help tone the muscles once the fat begins to melt off :)

    I am a 20 year old boy, I would like to get leaner legs. I am at about 20% body fat.

    I am already doing squats, deadlifts, thrusters, .... I know that spot fat removal is a myth, but I am going to try your workout before bashing it.

    I am skeptical that it can do anything more than condition my quatts and glutes.

  • Hey, I did this workout for just over a week and it's made my thighs massive and muscley! :/

    For me, this workout built up on muscle quickly, but it made my thighs look bulky. I was kinda looking for thinner thighs..

  • @lovablebutterfly It's really unlikely that you can build 'massive' muscles in a week. In one week you are unlikely to make complete new muscle fibres to recruit to existing muscle mass to make your body larger, ESPECIALLY as a female. After every workout you should always be stretching to return your muscles to their resting length and get blood flowing through them to remove lactic acid.

  • @stardollfansforever one more thing i forgot to mention is, you should do cardio! cardio exercises are not going to target fat in specific areas of your body but you can't do spot reducing so your best chance for losing thigh fat is by doing cardio exercises and getting rid of layers of fat all over. I'm not sure if this particular workout is cardio or not but I do know that cardio might be what your looking for (:

  • @stardollfansforever (weight training) and eccentric training and stuff like that. so you might want to stay away from those a little since they can lead to increased muscle i suppose. But don't take my advice that seriously because I'm just 14 so i don't really know my stuff! Speaking of which, do you know any workouts that might be good for a 14 year old? I'm trying to lose fat here and there but I'm quiet thin overall even though I'm not that healthy at all! my weight's 45 kg

  • @stardollfansforever I honestly don't know ): I've just been looking for a workout that's gonna improve my health and make my body look better but I've only decided to make a healthy lifestyle change like 2 weeks ago so my research and the stuff I've learnt is really really basic so I wouldn't want you to get the wrong advice (: things I Can tell you though, is that the kind of exercise specifically for gaining muscle and bodybuilding are going to be exercises that involve using weights

  • Guys! I love Sarah AND Zuzana, but I don't think it's fair to compare them. They do fitness from different standpoints :) For example, you could say Sarah has and maintains a fit but still classic feminine shape, and Zuzana is still feminine, but she goes for something totally different. You know? haha I don't know :p
