Well, I use a Dazzle. You plug it into your TV and computer and then you can record the output signal of your TV onto your computer. I know you can also plug a video camera into your TV, but I'm not sure how to do it since I don't use this method. (Check out azuritereaction's videos. He just plugs his video camera into his TV and gets just as good of quality as this video.)
