Thought this was a healthcare discussion? We need healthcare for all to be healthy we all intermingle. I have issue with people that are mentally insane but are not committed they are in and out the hospitols overdosing and the like they cost the medicade system tons of cash. It is my belief that these people that do these things should be committed if anything to keep the cost of health care down. There was a man that took hundreds of ambulance rides annually he needs to be locked up.
