I have to learn to sleep more, but I'am an Artist..I create better at nights...there is something about working at night when my family is sleeping...but I also see the side effects of not sleeping very much..
my question for all of these videos he talks about things that hurt the brain and things that are good for it but do those good things heal damage already done???
Great stuff. I didn't' know some of this, and it's explained very clearly. The video cuts off during the explanation of the "gear shifter" so I'm going to go and look for the next part. It must be here somewhere...

I am the same way, and most artists are like that.
just sleep more in the day, and take 30 min naps, and watch the difference.
