@dinnemesis This is not a propaganda movie. And with capitalism you get terrible crap like "Pearl Harbor" where actors can't act their way out of a scene even if their lives depended on it. Unlike this Russian film made in the 1960s when there was no computer SE, "Pearl Harbor" was produced quite recently. Doesn't help it much though.

@kirkenes the 60s? i recon that they are around 20-30 years behind in technology. But that of course doesn't mather to the makers as it is no competion who can challenge it. And to take a single example of a "love movie" disguised as a war movie doesn't make any point.
