buddy im just starting bass but if you want to be good and in a band: 1. You have to play the song right (12th frets buddy) 2. You have to loosen up cause bassists are extremely loose and dont give a sh*t about anything and 3. don't concentrate on it so much just feel the song thats the only way

Sorry, but 1. -- its not the 12th fret, what cream did was tune the bass guitar to make that higher pitch sound, but I know the one your talking about, and it dose sound good, it really starts on 7 on A, then 5, then E 7, 6, 5, 0, 1, 0, repeat. Try it.

dude loosen up and try playing it this way 12th fret 2nd string 2* then 10th fret 1* then 12 fret 1* then 3rd string: 12,11,10. 4th string fret 10*1 2nd string 8fret 1* and 10th fret 1*

Nicely done, sir. One tip, that last note in the riff that you always slide up to, the "F", it can be found on the third fret of your D string, so you don't have to slide.

hey man its pretty good but let me tell u ur only playing the intro riff here and it changes after two times. and also on those last few notes, intstead of going up 4 frets just go down 2 and to the next string over

Please, learn the song completely before you post your video, that was really awful. You dont seem to have any control of your instrument, and you are playing the main part of the song wrong, an octave to high..

And the worst thing about it was the chorus..! TIMING! And dont start to improvise so suddenly, it just sucks when you arent capable of it.

That's the 1st song I ever learned on bass (a LONG time ago). You're missing one note near the end of the phrase; it's an F, not an F#. Have fun playing bass. Good choice.
