As long as the resolution is within 1920x1080 (natvie resolution) then it will auto resize to the correct resolution. So the crystal matrix size in use will be that of the set resolution.
For example, 1x1 resoultion would only have one pixel illuminated. I could be wrong though.
hmm i'm stuck between either his monitor or Asus VK246H 24" 2ms HDMI Full 1080P Widescreen LCD Monitor

Bad ass. How did you manage to get those (gay?) black bars without screwing up the resolution?

With some widescreen monitors the manufacturers realised that some applications/games will need to run at 4:3 resolution.
Its in menu settings of the actual monitor. Look for "Image Size" and change it to "Auto".
Its really handy so what ever resolution is running the screen doesnt look stretched.

Awesome. Silly question, does that work with every resolution you set in game, like 1200x1024. Just curious before I get the monitor.

I would take an educated guess and say yes.
As long as the resolution is within 1920x1080 (natvie resolution) then it will auto resize to the correct resolution. So the crystal matrix size in use will be that of the set resolution.
For example, 1x1 resoultion would only have one pixel illuminated. I could be wrong though.

No,I mean, when you put the brightness under 100,have you any strange sound from the Monitor? (not from any speaker)
No backlight at all?At the top or the bottom?
Rverse ghosting ?

No backlight bleeding? No dead pixel?Any sound from the screen ? (some issues on Samsung monitors when brighteness is under 100).
Thanks.

No dead pixels.
Backlight bleeding... uhh cant see anything wrong with monitor.
Havent tested speakers, as i use my own 300W speakers... its a monitor not a sound system :)
Most speakers are terrible with TV/Monitors anyway.
