Great video. Hope it doesn't get removed by the NAZIS that are the Florida Orchestra. Apparently they don't believe you have a right to record events held in PUBLIC SPACES, even though the law clearly states that you can do just that. Best of luck to you.

@Kpowers727 Thanks, have you had problems with this in the past? A quick search shows many musical acts already posted from this very location (Vinoy Park).

@jjordan I've only seen one of their workers patrolling these parks telling people to turn their cameras off. I've seen her go so far as to drag a cop over and throw a tantrum that it was copywrite infringement. If you know your rights, you'll know that you can photograph or record almost anything in a public space, this includes performances of this nature, because they are in public spaces. If you can see it or hear it IN PERSON, you can record it legally, in public spaces.
