I believe the opening comments are correct and echoed again in this video 1:44. They say he came 'spiritually in 1914' and began ruling as king. Though Russel believed Christ had returned in 1874 it is modern doctrine that he did indeed comeback but only the 'spiritual eye' saw it.
They belive he is yet to execute judgement at armageddon. So in this sense he will come with judgement again but never to the earth.
