@rt1bark10 To qualify as a WNBF Pro you need to win the overall title at any INBF amateur competition. Then you must compete as a Pro with in one year of qualifying. THere are about 12 INBF shows accross the country.
WE would huh? Well bro it's true, natty PRO 4 overall wins under my belt so don't worry, I'm here to stay despite you words of encouragement. Look forward to meeting you on the stage some day!
StayIntheGame just subscribed on July 22, 2009 and "stumbled upon" your videos?!? Hmmm. I think you probably beat this guy at one of your competitions.
With this technique mine did as well. Check out my video "improved squats" and you will see I changed the bar position and style. Now it's all in my butt and legs, none in my back!!
Over head squats are great for shoulder and hip flexibility, erector and lat strength, and it's a great stability exercise. Gives you a whole new appreciation for Olympic Lifters.
Hey man,,, how do you qualify to be WNBF? I want, I think I can, but I don't know who to contact, or what shows to do. Any ideas?
