People who say that being a Youtube partner is nothing are the ones who don't care about video making. If they had a popular video, they would love it too. Since they don't they got to pick on the ones who make them or try to make them. I would say any monetized Youtube channel has potential to be worth something someday, at least. Rome wasn't built in a day.
