try to put your resulution and textures lower maybe it reduces the lag :) hopefully it will work

You know, just press "M" and it can merge all low-strength units. So if you had 3 units of 2/3 strength Hastati and say 2 units of half strength peasants you would get 2 units of hastati and 1 unit peasant.

@disturbedismine1 it doesn't matter how many palaces you get (after i beat the campaign on normal i used cheats and got them everywhere in first 3 turns >>) but it happens historically at 107 BC. A series of reforms that Gaius Marius brought to the Empire in that era changed the way of roman warfare to the popular use of organized legions . :p so you have to wait in the campaign until then (which is about how long it takes to get imperial palaces in your main regions without cheats :P)

You need to have patch 1.5 if you have any lower it won't work.You need to first download patch 1.3 then install it then patch 1.5.You first need to install the game.And you also need to watch the prolouge.Copy ENTIRE folder someplace else on your HDD.And then use SPQR installation file and point it to the copied location.

i got patch 1.5 standard with the game since i bought the gold edition with all the crap that comes along from steam, i did the prologue, but from that point on you lost me, what folder do i need to copy somewhere else on my hdd? and what do i do after that

If you used any other mods for RTW erase them from the computor or it won't work.

You need to copy the spqr folder anywhere else on HDD and then try to extract the files and then copy/paste them to RTW data files and it should work.

? I dont get what you're saying. I was playing with the Romans, I use the diplomats to talk with other factions like Greeks, Macedonians, Gauls,etc. But theres no option for alliance only trade rights and stuff like that. The Roman Senate only seems to be interested in you being everyones enemy.

yea I figured but that kinda sucks because you dont have diplomatic strategy, you gotta fight a war on all fronts vs. Gaul, Greeks and Carthage. Thats why I stopped playing with the Romans like 20 years into the game. Also something that sucks is that of all the cities except Arretium, which makes about 12,000 dinarii, none of them make any money, all of them lose a lot of money.

the problem is if you have a weak militairy power they will not so easy Accept A Allaince ore TRade rights , if you have a greate militairy power like somthing Terrible Status they will Accept Every thing Easy because they are afraid to lose the country to you

eh dropped spqr mod version 6.4 patches 1.3 and 1.5, also install Barbaria invasion and patch 1.6, I can not play spqr enters its presentation but I can not enter the campaign nor ah ah ah battle custom boot main menu me and tells me to select an item the list sometimes tells me the disk to install proper request help, greetings.

no, you install the mod into the correct folder, mine is The Creative Assembly. Yours may be Sega, but as long as you click on that folder, and it takes you to RTW. RTW 1.3, and 1.5 should install themselves. the mod will install itself too, as long as it's in the right folder.
