Blizzards anti cheat system seeks out these codes and Deletes the object. a known way to prevent this from happening is opening and closed trade before leaving. why? because it resets item codes.

Rare items have random modifiers. you cannot create them, unlike single player you can use Hero Editor to create your own items. now there are ways to switch Open battle.net characters with Closed battle.net but that has been patched since 1.09c

Item name does not play any role in the items level requirement. The requirement is based off of the mods the item has. +2 class skills is impossible on anything below ilvl 67.
Such amulet existed i swear i had one similar, this one might be fake because lvl 19 req is not possible but 2/2 skills with double leach and str/ all resists it was godly amulet especially for amazons , i think the first ama i build had windforce,shaftstop,vampgaze,strings )) oh it was godly..
The life leach from amulet, crafted rings, belt, helm it was doing awesome job :) i hate they screwed up GA amazons later on.

hehe, i played the game since the start, times when silk and goldskin where the best armors, ps the rarest gem (necros where the best and static sorcs), times when the main aspect of that game was doing imbuechars.. btw thats the time when all the jordies where gambeled.
however, those amulets and rings where the standard, gloves where pretty sick as well....
1.08 is more known for the "power" uniques &l od.
i stopped with 1.10.

Item name does not play any role in the items level requirement. The requirement is based off of the mods the item has. +2 class skills is impossible on anything below ilvl 67.

Such amulet existed i swear i had one similar, this one might be fake because lvl 19 req is not possible but 2/2 skills with double leach and str/ all resists it was godly amulet especially for amazons , i think the first ama i build had windforce,shaftstop,vampgaze,strings )) oh it was godly..
The life leach from amulet, crafted rings, belt, helm it was doing awesome job :) i hate they screwed up GA amazons later on.

such amulets did exist early on, but the level requirement ranged from 67 (the usual for +2 skills) to 85. That one in specific is definitely hacked.
