these hoes just want the glasses back.. everyone i know that went to see a 3d movie kept those glasses... there saying it like if we throw them on the streets and shit
One of the more mis-leading recycling videos I've ever seen. The plastic on these lenses are EASILY (VERY EASILY) scratched, so unless they are taking amazing precautions during the "cleaning" you will be getting completely screwed view as you "enjoy" your next 3D film. Keep them, and bring them back to the next 3D film instead: that's recycling at it's best.
i bought the ticket. drinks popcorn and those glasses...i keped mine...i aint paying 3 bucks for somthing i dont get too keep..ill just take em to some other movie...
You're an idiot; you can't spell, can't use proper grammar, and think $3 is alot of money (maybe, for a hick like you, it is). Also, countryboy, why would you take your glasses to another movie? Glasses come with the tickets to 3D movies, and you wouldn't need them for 2D movies, obviously.
because it cuts down on production cost. They dont have to spend money and can just wash ones they have gotten back and keep on racken in the doe. Its a bunch of bull. Im not recycling shit.
Or you can hoard them and have enough pairs for your friends when polarized tv comes out this year. If the theaters really wanted an effective recycling program they would refund a dollar of the extra 2 that you pay for a 3D film or give incentive to bring your own.

my theatre charged me $3 for the glasses. Why should i recycle them? Can i reuse them if i go back to the theatre and watch another movie?
Robbiegod1 1 year ago
@Robbiegod1 you might. as long as they are reald 3d glasses and movie is presented in 3d with reald 3d then it should work.

Why would I want to wear glasses that were washed 100s or 1,000s of times when I could just keep my own?
And why would I want to keep spending $3 on these glasses for each 3D movie?
Waste of $

Yeah, they sure are "racken in the doe." Based on comments here, it seems people who don't recycle are idiots.

They charged you for the glasses? Mine were free, and I got to keep them.
