  • I had almost the very same idea a couple of days ago. My idea, though, was that if you make the negative with liquid plaster, then you could pour the glue and get a copy of the record.

  • Is the master cut backwards or is it a negative?

  • duz the glue have2 be on the record 4 the audio 2 work?& duz it work?duz keep da vinyl safe?

  • Fuck I've gotta try this.

  • so the audio is on the glue?...

  • @nicolaj0154

Yes the audio is on the dried glue record.

  • Holy shit! That's cool! Gotta wreck your cartridge though...

  • @chupathingy99

not really, the only time it wrecks cartridges is if it causes violent skipping.

  • is it really a good idea for your stylus to 'play glue'? i wonder.

  • @null140

Really wont hurt anything more then dusty records.

  • @buckettovsissors

The source audio is backwards. So the record is cut normal from outside to inside but the audio just happens to be backwards.

  • @null140 what do you think an acetate is, you gan dry polly vinyl acetate pva glue to make records.

  • @guitarslf132 duz the copy play backwards?

  • @null140

as long as its flat the glue record is worn more than the stylus. The only real way for you to find out is to test it.

  • @null140 well, what does it matter with such a shitty stylus anyways?
