I love your presence while talking. I am a healer, native american, that is. I do something similar. I get in a great loving space, honoring ali in creation. From my love chakra I send out a gold dolphin to the other person, using my intention helpin it to swim to the other person. Imagining it goin in and absorbing, with feelings. Some of my friends know I do this, Others have no idea where their positive thinkin came from. Sometimes, all i do is send purple, while suround with it too.

ways to stop the 'drains' out there is also to up your own protection and cut psychic ties.. esp good with controlling parents.. look up cutting etheric cords and psychic protection.. v useful esp. in this day and age .....!
