My mom had a cd that had this stuff on it, works great to sleep with. Turn off the tv pop this into cd and put in player and you will be asleep within 5 minutes. And releaves stress. I love it thanks for posting :)

Why do we relax and fall asleep when we listen to the rain? Prehistorical men used to protect themselves from the rain by staying in their shelters or caves, doing nothing and waiting for the rain to stop. THANKS FOR POSTING THIS. You are one of the few that actually has one that sounds real AND is longer than 2 minutes! I use this for when I need to study since it drowns everything else out. stress, sleep imbalance, sleep cycle is off, napping can sometimes cause it. I was getting insomnia for a while until I trained myself to stop taking naps during the day and try not to stress out about too many things

Man, this thing is my new ritual for homework that I usually never do cause I can't focus. With this it's another atmosphere that is satisfying enough to work as well.
