It looks a little large in the picture, but more than its diameter, it was really long. I had to have a second shoulder bag to carry the thing with. At the time, it was called a "prosumer" model - somewhere between typical consumer models and professional equipment. If I could have afforded to keep buying equipment, I would have been taking videos all these years. Fortunately, costs have come down enough that I can get back into it, but it's still a little expensive (editing, etc.). - LHS
LOL! That "large by today's standard" I'll just try to pass it off as a "dude! it's a Professional Recorder!" XDD
Ah I see, people would complain about that heat during the summer time...
