@mrspamelawilson Yep, I am going to give it a shot. I basically think that it is puff pastry around haupia. I have my haupia recipe up. But the trick is figuring out bake time and temps. Their menu online said it is made to order and wait time is 20-25 min. So I'm guessing 15 min. It's going to be a fine line because it will start to melt at some point is my guess.
