I think the people that are coming on here and saying we're too old for cartoons are trolls. I mean, hell, I used to work with who you would call a "hot popular girl", and even she still likes to watch cartoons. And with me personally, you can still like to watch cartoons and still be a responsible adult.
Is it just me, or Scrooge's success based on his incredible luck from his lucky dime, as opposed to business sense? I mean there was one episode in which it was gone and his business almost folded.
the first time I saw this episode me and my twin sister watched like five times in a row! We couldn't get enough of it. Thank god I've got it on DVD now. So I can watch it whenever I want. They don't make good stuff like this anymore do they? Why does all the good stuff get yanked?
According to his nephews (the future versions) Scrooge got lost a long time ago and they never found him. Later, Magica mentions he got lost precisely in this time travel adventure. Obviously, now that Scrooge returned to his present, this dark future got avoided.
@tinynicktune But when Scrooge returned, he brought a magica with him. A Magica from the evil future! So logically, since she only seemed to teleport because she cant use time travel spells (otherwise she wouldnt need the sand) it means theres 2 magicas in the present, the present one and the evil future one... Right? Also, scrooge returned right into the point when magica would have otherwise been stealing his dime, so shouldnt he have gone to stop her? Or did he erase that wit returnto present
Guess the Present Magica no longer could steal the dime, since now Scrooge was at the Present and therefore capable of stopping her, or recovering the dime if stealing it. Wonder how Magica handled the double paradox.
@tinynicktune Yes, but present magica didnt know Scrooge had returned, so therefore she would have still tried to get the dime. Wich is Why I expected Scrooge to quickly go stop her, not go take a nap
@Hotshotter3000 I don't like the Flinstones, I like the Honeymooners but not the Flintstones. And come on you have to admit we're way to old for this but thats part of the fun.
@mrfivegold totally but, consider this, If We're too old to watch it then what does that say about the adults who make it? I will never be too Old for the Disney Afternoon.
@kirara2516 ...you just agreed we are too old. I am not saying its wrong for an adult to watch cartoons its part of the fun of being an adult. We can jump on our beds, eat ice cream as much as we want, and watch anything we want on tv. So come on now we are too old but its fun!
ewwww don't marry Doofus Webby.Webby should have created her own business and whipped out Scrooge and Magica just for the way they treated her.Beside Doofus disappeared in the later episodes.
Im curious as to how scrooge didnt realize right away that Magica was the gypsy it seemned pretty obvious at times .
