Ok, tilt up 15-s0 degrees on takeoff. i know its speed but thats how you do it, when you reached those 15-20 degrees put your gear up. at 100 ft, put part of ur flaps down. So yes, u leveld out too early.
You're getting better. Just keep working on trying to find camera angles that work well. I still think you move the camera around too much. Try to set the position/zoom first and then record.
I would also recommend reducing the sensitivity settings in the control options to prevent from small movements on the stick causing the plane to jerk up and down.

actually I never leveled out... I always stayed at 0-20 degrees... Its jsut when the flaps go up your plane goes down...
