All these comments talking about the beetles as if they deserve human rights...

They're insects!

I'm not saying that they should be tortured, but it's not like killing a mammal or reptile, they show no emotion.

As a kid I used to play like them, until I ripped a bug in half because it stopped moving... And that's when i realized they were living creatures T_T And now bugs really creep me out

I have to say, I hope those were released. The container is too small for them(maybe for 1 male, nothing more). Fights can occur between males, females, and both sexes, leading to broken legs(worse than you'd think). You know they're CB and cheap. Get CB ones then!

They die in extremly small containers without any place to hide! So much beetles in very small containers......They need a very big Terrarium with if filled with 20cm rotten wood and earth......

Only one Male and two female in a container! The poor beetles...

I got to be honest but this kids don't know how to take care of their beetles.....

their Beetles are dying...

they should distribute the jelly to avoid rivalry of food..

and you should never put 2 or more male beetles in a same container coz their gonna fight to the death...

we had one on the other side(thank god)of our kitchen window(it was on the outside..du)at night and it reappeared for the next day and my brother this at it(from the inside)and it was never seen again..but I liked having the nocturnal 'pet' there..I'm just glad that the redback (that's what I think it was, it was dark) are now dead as I killed them both (they are poisonous, and we have animals and they were in the guineapigs cage.
