Piano lessons. They're not cheap but if you're serious about learning the piano, it is abolutely necessary.

Hey man, I just saw this. If you'd like a pointer. Your fingers don't look to bad, but try and drop your arm weight into the keys. Also try playing closer to the black keys when you're playing a white key, that way, when you need to hit a black key it's not as big of a distance ^_^
