This was nice, but it would sound much better on a full jumbo acoustic (maybe another nice GUILD, hmm?). Also it would be much fuller if you had the full strummed chords softly in the background, or an acoustic bass doing the bass lines but slower.
Otherwise, it was pretty good.

I enjoyed your softer version of this song.
The one comment I might make, is to hear at some point during the song, a slightly heavier, deeper faster acoustic.... just to do a change up from the monotone that you currently have throughout the whole song. If that makes any sense. But, all the same, great job.
