I have beaten Deus Ex: Human Revolution and the boss fights are really easy if you have two things. A stun gun and the laser rifle on the last boss. You can stun gun the first two bosses for sure, the third one I had to use the grenade launcher because I replaced the biochip and that messed me over big time.

I can't agree with Tara on the Deus Ex subject because it's inherently a stealth FPS. The only reason I didn't like boss battles in Deus Ex is because even according to some of the achievements you are tailored to play in stealth mode, the augmentations are much better for the stealth route. You can whore tranq darts and upgrade that gun. Get max hacking skills, all suited to *avoiding* the enemy.

That said you can choose how you play. They should have made non lethal outcomes to boss fights.
