Chocogirl....Using Growl or Leer and that may not do damage but it effects your oppenents pokemon which could mae u stronger and them weaker its just basic pokemon training.

wth would you use a defense move? or growl, dont use those. they suck, and you dont need them, just use attack moves, it makes you stronger.
