This car is one of the first 99 Turbos. Model is 1978 and it's build only two months after the first 99 Turbo. Made in Uusikaupunki, Finland.

Hopefully the Saab was running for a while before you revved the engine in order to get the oil pressure up, otherwise... turbo bearing damage, fool.

To my mind hunting a car engine up with full throttle and not pulling the car is violating it! You are absolutely right!
