Irish tv comedy is a feckin' disaster. For every 'Hall's pictorial Weekly' there have been ten 'Leave it to Mrs O'Brien's. For every "Apres Match' there have been twenty 'Upwardly Mobiles'.

And as for irritating tossers like Ed Byrne and Jason Byrne... Haemorrhoids are funnier.
