  • Dude, thanks very much for the lessons

  • I heard from somewhere that uso can also be used for 'are you kidding me?' Can someone tell me if it's right?

  • I have a pickle that looks like a "shi" No lie

  • this helped me alot. Thanks.

  • sounds like tshi or tshu....?

  • Konnichiha ;3

  • it is shi or yan actually number for is shi...but if u wud say 14 it wud be jyu yon instead ofjyu shi

  • shi - death

    shinigami - god of death

    thank you death note lol

  • ditto here

  • i thought shi was japanese for 3..i guess its shi and she or something.....or im hopeless

  • While I'm no expert, (Please correct me if I'm wrong)

I think shi is for the number 4, (considered unlucky because it sounds the same as the word for death) and can also mean a poem. (all depending on the kanji)

  • in order Ichi ni san yan go rocku nana hachi keu jeu 1-10
  • lol,u spelt the romanji wrongly omg..pls dun learn the wrong thing.... ichi ni san yon go roku nana hachi kyu jyu
  • Yeah I didn't know how to spell them in english I just sort of wrote how it sounded. well I'm on the right track anyway.

  • @RonLarhz

Can't tell if trolling...or just very stupid...?

  • @RonLarhz I thought it was Ichi Ni San SHI Go Roku... when naming them by themselves... then it turns to Yon when with another number like Ni Juu Yon?

  • whats the difference between asa(あさ) and ohayoo? help plz..

  • basically, ohayo means good morning, but asa means the actuall noun "morning" like, yesterday morning,

Ohayo is the greating, asa is the noun basically ;3

  • I keep forgeting KE and SE :(

  • what happened to Hirgana lesson 2?

  • so hard~!!

  • shi-ne bagga-yo!

  • It's a tendency of ignorant people, isn't it?

  • Se is somehow really hard to me to remember! Now I have to put it as my desktop background, home page, and write it continuoustly to paper.. I can't else remember it! Gotta force myself to remember se!

  • Wasn't it possible to write sa in other way? so it looks like a smileyy face.. like x) but NOT sideways. (I can't write japanese at computer :()

  • no don't think there's another way

  • You could separate x and ).

Actually, it gets worse, but it's a correct way; this さ is just a computer style.

Try google image with "ひらがな さ"!

  • Where the hell is ka ki ku ke ko?? Its thrownin me off!

  • か ka

    き ki

    く ku

    け ke

    こ ko

  • あ い う え お

    a i u e o

  • あ い う え お

    a i u e o

  • か Ka

    き Ki

    く Ku

    け Ke

    こ Ko

  • Where is ka ki ku ke ku, oh my god

  • okayy....is haragana the cursive way to write japanese or the print way...im confused

  • there is no cursive way of righting Japanese characters!

theres three different forms of Japanese Hiragana(simple way of righting with less brush strokes)

Katakana(maid to write English words and English names using Japanese characters)

and Kanji(means Chinese character that the Japanese still use, its main use is so that the reader can understand the word faster and its none as a beautiful way of writing)

i suggest if your learning Japanese to learn Hiragana first, then Katakana, then kanji

  • well that was kind of pointless grass salt watermelon

  • u missed ga gei gu ge go and missed lesson 2wo =P

  • sa, shi, su, se, so

  • watashi ha mizu wo hoshii desu.

  • nani "saki no hito... baka"? Colufs san baka desu ka? Anata wa Nihongo ga warui dekimasu.

  • saki no hito... baka

  • ehh this was supposed to be lesson 2 why is it lesson 3? and these arnt lessons so much as they are random Hiragana characters which does help im sure for some people but not sure telling you what random words are would be a lesson if ya know what i mean.

  • It helps me memorize the symbol by seeing it used in the word then trying to guess.

  • You should write the romaji too .

Cause you have chi & shi

& people might confuse them... you know ?
