haha my marching band is doing a phantom of the opera theme this year and im in colorguard :) i absolutely loooove the guard in this. We're just in the begining of learning all our work, so i;m really interested in how we'll turn out :D

@TheGreencollie: agreed. they changed the order and drill around a little bit. It's sad that you would would even try to copy SCV because...well it's not possible. That show went down in history, LITERALLY. Trying is pointless

absolutely spectacular. best high school performance of this show I've seen in a looooong time. my school did it in '08 too, but that was my 8th grade year so I wasn't in the marching band D; aaaand they weren't too hot haha. also, some very noticable inspiration from SCV, which is great. loved it guys, great job.

This show will be one of pearl city's best shows. For me im so proud of the fact that we made somuch sound with only 2 tubas!! Even tho they were crappy Yamaha convertibles we forced them. 6:20 is the best part for me! I only wish we could have had a little more emotion in it, then the show would have been perfect!

first. where is the emotion? when i hear the phantom of the opera i want to scared out of my pants. when i hear angel of music i want an eerie sense of peace. masquerade makes me wanna party and feel good think of me is a love song which you did very well that made me feel something but as for the opener.....not so much. 2nd somone was rushing bad in the opener......articulation was great though! Keep up the good work pearl city

@vinting96 Haha yup, we had to memorize it. Our band director even tested us individually to make sure we knew the music of each movement by heart. But after rehearsing our show so much, it wasn't that hard.

@hrtbrk808 u play the clarinet??? i can play think of me...phantom of the opera...i cnt do masqurade...but the music i have isnt marching music its concert music in the book i got from marshall music...but mascrade had so many sharps in the key signature that i didnt reconize.....but the performance was great u guys were great i loved it...imma big fan of phantom of the opera...all operas in general...
