Nope you dig it up while fighting the undead cyclops and groom in the floating castle i found it litterally last night. I was confused though. There are 2 bones on the floor that look like an "X" i am a curious person and so i dug on it and pop goes the 4x4. hope it helps.

@Subscriber01236 if it doesn't work for you it's because you're not on version 1.0 of the game. This guide was made for version 1.0 of the game wich has been updated for some time now.

@onat94 Its probably your connection, I was trying to host games with a friend and was having a lot of trouble on my wireless network, we were even making public games because nobody was joining anyways. Once I plugged my ethernet cord in I couldnt have a game open for two seconds without someone joining.

This is one of the weapons that comes with the "Legend of the Blacksmith" DLC, therefore being removed from the game until you purchase the package. :)

@ArcticARMs I meant the PS3 version specifically. This weapon is available with the "Can't Stop Crying" package on the XBLA version, which comes with the purchase of BattleBlock Theater.

@HeroChao132 I don't have access to the game right now since my PS3 is out for repairs so I can't confirm anything. But since a couple of users have reported the same situation I can assume they removed it in a patch. I'll leave the video around for the people who have an older version of the game.

@hadeseol Yes I am. It's completely removed. Go to CastlePedia and search the 2x4 sword and it'll say it's been removed. I tried to get it too! It's not there.

theres also a hidden weapon in that same room, where that white knight is shooting arrows, there should be a diggable spot right under where the arrows are flying. i've gotten close to digging it up but the arrows keep hitting me. And its impossible to do alone as you need someone to block the arrows

This wepon is ps3 only, the only sword not in the ps3 v is the rubber haldled sword, which was removed from the game. Other wise the ps3 v has all sword built in.

@bmaster778 I'm not sure if this weapon is available in the 360 version. There were some weapons in the PS3 version that were not available on the 360. If you have a saved game that has the last stage unlocked all you have to do is beat the last stage and then follow the video after the credits.

@patsfanjwp probably a bug in the game, the weapon doesn't disappear as long as it's equipped by your character. Maybe equipping that weapon to an unused character and letting him hold it indefinitely may prevent it from disapearing no matter which other character you're using at any given time, but I'm not sure as I haven't tried it.

@ZephyrX02 I would trade it to you but I don't know if it's still in the inventory. Also that weapon wouldn't last long in your inventory as it will disappear fast
