  • It's surely is Chopin's composition.

    Etude 10 no 3...Tristess - La adieu....

  • thank you Frickman 89 for this very terrific music your choice of music is also terrific one...im a lonely one

  • I'm a big Mancini fan, but credit must go where due, and I gather that many here do not know he did not write this. It's a 1950 song adapted from Chopin's Étude in E major, Op. 10, No. 3. Jo Stafford sang the most-popular version.

There's often much confusion over "No Other Love," because the title also belongs to a Richard Rodgers song from 1953's Me and Juliet. (Actually, to compound the confusion, before that it was called "Beneath the Southern Cross," from NBC's Victory at Sea series.)

  • Believe???

    In what?

  • Beautiful song, also I have been Henry Mancini's fan for years and years.

  • Stupendo l'arrangiamento, ma questo tema è di CHOPIN!!!!!!!!!!

  • There are no composers like this one in the last two or three decades. Why ?

  • I have been looking for the 1965 movie Moment to Moment of which this track came from, anyone know where I may find it? Thank you :-)

  • wow! henry this is a great version of no other love...i love you for playing this song. thank you for posting.

  • DISREGARD!...I found it!!! thanks!!

  • Could someone post MANCINI'S theme from MR LUCKY and FLOATING PAD from the same lp. Way cool stuff..thanks! My album so scratched it may as well be Marilyn Manson.,.

  • Wow! Sooooo beautiful.. never realized Henry Mancini had an orchestration of this classic.

  • This is practically an entire lift of a Chopin piano piece; called Triste which also means something like why have you left me. He said it about Poland while playing it and it stuck. But I'm a huge Mancini fan and he did it justice. Really, Chopin can't necessary argue with him, since well, both are dead. but ....beautiful

  • my parents to great music from gentle times

  • there will be no other love like you, my darling James. Thank you for posting this everlasting love melody.

  • Love you forever Henry, Forever!

  • Lovely...Romantic...Amazing...

  • Fantastic ! Thanks for uploading!

  • I love this song. My mom used to sing this when I was a young boy. I thank God for giving me a great gift, that's my mom.

  • this is my parents' theme song back in the 60's....i love the melody...

  • Greaaaaat ,Music from a Great musician, what a talent.

  • I just wonder why he change the title to "no other love"

The Etude already has a name, its called Tristesse.

  • Maybe he intended to change its meaning a bit, however similar it still may be to the original. "La Chanson de L'adieu" - The Song of Parting. I think the new title fits, as I believe it speaks of a beloved who has gone, but will forever linger in the now lone lover's heart.

  • Hauntingly beautiful. Brings back memories of my teens. It brings an ache in my heart for the days gone by and the people who were part of that period.

  • Well said and I feel exactly as you do.

  • Hay momentos como este, que la melodía es una suave poesía, que consigue elevarte a esa dimension.

Es imposible no sentir la emoción que deja una huella imborrable en el corazón :´(

  • Excellent!!!

  • very pretty =)

    i like it
