Well the acid waves are essentially for ppl who don't have programs like Kontakt or Rex, reason exct--- I only have sonar so don't have the ability to enable a controller for the samples, unless theres a loophole im missing. I do most of my comps by ear and have a little theory under my belt so it shouldnt be hard. Im literally going to have to contruct the themes and melodies with the wavs alone, which are all recorded in seperate chromatic intervals, so thats why the single notes are crucial.
Ok, great-- Thats certainly the route i'll be going then. So the acidized wav files will include these single notes then? I've been overwhelmed with a whole lot of compositions lately that the modern contemporary scene hasn't helped at all, musicians i used to run with-- most of the stuff is classical with a zen and east indian bent(taikos and chanting permitting), but am planning to add a sort of transiberian element to it all with heavier guitars. I shall keep ya posted. Cant wait tostart
Heya there! Im about to purchase the darker moods string arrangements pack first, but this does sound amazing. Are there single note samples that work in the acidized wav format with this package? Have alot of themes of my own id like to render butI dont have programs like kontakt or rex, just sonar home studio 7. I know enough about playing by ear and theory to copy glue and paste till the cows go home, soooo..... Well, let me know. Id really appreciate your feedback. Wondrous work, Pete!
Hi Paul, just curious if you can help find a book or video tutorials that will help me with composition ideas for composing strings. Right now I have Paul Gilreath's Guide to MIDI Orchestration. Thanks I do appreciate your videos!!!

@yetzirahsan I'm not a Acidized file user so I'm not totally sure what you mean, but if there's a problem, holla!

@yetzirahsan Hi, there are more single notes in Dark Moods, though there are plenty of single lines in both libraries. Thanks for checking them out!

@gclef101 Hi - I think scores and music are more valuable to study.

@gclef101, this is composed tracks (just loops) to add to your project, not a vst for you play your own tracks
