I really like this song and the whole album, eventhough the best one for me is the temple of shadows. This lyric is pretty good and the end of the song I love the vocals!!! You got to know what and how apretiatte good songs, the solo on the piano I love it! and the octaves at 4:13

In fairness, Angra do use a number of religious motifs in their albums. For example, Holy Land obviously makes reference to the pilgrimage towards the New World and Temple of Shadows is based on the Crusades. However, I'm certain that they've explicitly stated in an interview that they are not a religious band. But even if they were, it still shouldn't detract from the fact that Angra is an amazing band.

I remember this was my favorite track on this CD when I was a kid.

It's more than likely because this song could be straight off of Holy Land-- he even sounds more like Matos on this track. The definite standout of the album.

I listened to Hammerfall - Last Man Standing, it's too boooooring.

Sounds like a school band compared to Angra. Lame drums, lame guitars and solos, lame vocals. Looks like a POP music group.

Both guitarist are genious and they had the best metal technical drummer ever Aquiles Priester! Just because Hammerfall is older it doens't mean they are better.
