Meiko was the first Japanese vocaloid, made as Kaito's counterpart (Like a couple might I add), and Kaito was deemed a failure until Meiko was realeased. Meiko's software did SO well that Crypton then made Vocaloid 2. So without Meiko, your precious and also perverted "KaitoMiku" Wouldn't even fucking exist. Plus KaiMei was around first so don't go saying "Uhhhhh Meiko's stealing Kaito." when its the opposite.Thanks. ^^

Then they released Meiko, who got over 3000 copies sold within a month. Crypton then sold Kaito and Meiko as a counterpart pacakage, which then realeased the pairing, awesome singing, and a hell of alot of money, which caused Crypton to make vocaloid 2. WHICH IS WHAT MIKU IS IN. Get YOUR facts straight!!!

Apparently, 5 people did KAITO's voice, 4 people did MEIKO's, and 2 people did Luka's.

You have to listen -really- closely to hear the slight difference in the configurations, though.
