That's what I'm talkin' bout :o) Hammock is the best way unless you're up on high elevations with no trees :o) I have to have both :o) Where's the bug net my friend? Don't sleep with ticks...haha
@Ggreenvideos Fortunately in our area bugs are not that much of a problem unless your directly next to some sort of pond etc., you might get stung few times at night, but a net is not really necessary, I think ... seems like the ticks don't leave enough fresh blood walking around for mossis, hehe :o)
HA ... what a clever ending pal! And I first thought the log crossing was my favorite part! Very clever!
Oh and for the record ... I hate ticks too! Fortunately our gorge isn't as bad as the eastern half of NC ... that's a good thing ... a bad thing is Rocky Mtn Spotted Fever and of course Lyme Disease ... so much nasty in such a little blood sucker!
Helpful tick tips Tim. Say that one three times real fast. Can't be done correctly can it - haha! For a moment there, after your balance pole log beam routine (a score of 10 BTW) you were running lines between trees - I thought you were going to tight rope walk them with you balance pole. Now that's a video for another day...
Ticks are terribly, no doubts. If you ever have the pleasure of getting chiggers, you'll experience true bliss. I kept waiting for you to do a backwards flip on your trip back across the creek... when you paused and looked at the camera. Thanks friend!
@4micaman ... true bliss, ahh, that's what we all want :o)
Well concerning that creek crossing: I'll try to add the flip to my routine ... so it might take a few months until you'll see me again, back from hospital.
@FourReason ... ahaaaa, jauuul!
So I have been watching your vids alot here recently after finding you. I knew you looked like someone but couldnt quite place it. Figured it out, no ill intent here. Remember Crocodile Dundee? At the beginning of the movie Sue's boyfriend was in Columbia photoing drug cartel. You look like a slinder version of him, hahahhah. Sorry I have a habit of comparing people, a hobbie I guess. When growing up I was told I looked like Pvt Joker from Full Metal Jacket. Check out the movie if you havent.
@pointman6382 :o)=) That sounds really interesting - I need to find a photo of Sue's boyfriend, hehe. What's the actor's name? - Cool hobby I must say.

@RallohE Yeah, they're packed with "goodies" indeed ... nature's messengers to remind us that we stay humble ;o)
Rocky Mtn Spotted Fever - puh, the name itself gives me the shivers.
And thanks for the praise. I'm already looking forward to watching some more of your sky rocketing special effects, hehe!
So stay happy and tick-free, but keep a certain tic, as we all do! :o)

Great video Tim, Funny though, every time I see "Tarp" used in one of your titles I half expect to see a circus tent :o)
Great tips for Ticks, I've heard that regular tuneup's and oil changes help a lot too.
Thanks a bunch Tim for keeping it fun : ) Sara
saradreaming 10 months ago
@saradreaming ... well I got my tics for sure, no matter how much oil I change and whatsoever tuneups I undergo! :o)
Hello Sara!
Hehe, I like your association of a circus tent. Ain't our mind a weird-funny place to be?!
"Timy Pythons Flying Circus" ... not to bad at all.
Any bushy projects coming on strong in the near future?

@Waldhandwerk Hi Sepp! ... früherer Präsident; ja also Jan hatte da schon ähnliche Vermutungen ;o)
00:35:43 How does he find his way in the dark?
00:35:46 He thinks his way. A lot of people believe that they're telepathic.
00:35:52 (Bang!) Oh, I hate the bush!
Danke fürs Reinschauen und schönes WE euch, Tim
