YAYYY!!! I am happy for you too! I go this low when im practicing lifting into it a im glad im not alone now! The cartwheel thing is pretty cool. Im scared of the chinese grip so kudos to you :D
@verticalvix Thanks!!! I think most people probably have to start quite low and work their way up! I think once you've managed to get your body to understand how to lift (rather than hop!) thats half the battle - the rest is strength training! Well I hope so - thats what I'm basing my training on at the moment!

I think once you've managed to get your body to understand how to lift (rather than hop!) thats half the battle - the rest is strength training! Well I hope so - thats what I'm basing my training on at the moment!
