The melody and music is same as One-Tox- Ramukanjii song, or may be any black American contemporary musicians. (Chris Brown etc.)

Only the party goers will never distingush the differences. It absolutely breaches copyrights law. I hope the musicians and their recording studios are aware of copyright isues. Anyway, I don' t understand why CHM is against copyright practices when this is happening right under its nose. This contracdicts what it preach. I love creativity but not copycats.
