Too bad Friendswood is a fucking dream town. Everyone has too much money floating around, which then finds it's way into the pockets of drug dealers. It's not real life, it's where the rich come to believe that their life is worth something. Yes, I live in Friendswood, I know from experience.

i lived in friendswood in the 70s. i remember we had a huge flood when clear creek (? is that what it's called) surged over its banks and stopped six inches from our front door. i thought it was fun. my parents, not so much.

I lived in Friendswood in the 70's also. I remember my parents house flooding twice. We lived out in St Andrews. I dont think it's "out" so much anymore though. I was in the USAF and came doen to help them clean up. Probably about '79??

'79 sounds about right. it was right before we moved, which was next year or the year after.

we never had a hurricane while i was there but that flood was really somethin'.
