I think this is the scene where it all gets confusing for some people. EJ was not asking for forgiveness for having 'raped' Sami it was because he put her in such a horrible place by forcing her to have sex with him in order to save Lucas's life that night. She hates him because she felt something despite herself. EJ would have put himself in front of a bullet for her back then and that's why the whole Taylor situation at the moment is so laughable. That's pent up lust not love by a long shot.

yeah, i'm pissed at the DAYS writers roo. I mean, they always seem to make it seem like it's a near-death situation before Sami can actually admit or come to terms with her feelings (true feelings) for a guy. So, i say, have some random event happen that leads both EJ and Rafe into a near-death state (not of their own cause) and let her decide which one she actually loves more ( which should rightfully be EJ) as she pours out her emotions from fear of losing the "love of her life" permanently.

I still don't understand why TPTB never gave EJami a fighting chance. These clips show how beautiful their chemistry is and how wonderfully James and Ali act together when given good material. It's so sad because of all of the lost potential for an epic love story between those two. But I'm glad that at least there are clips to remind us of what could have been. the good times of ejami. i hate what they have done to sami and ej. i mean the levels that they took these characters too. Sure ej was always manipulative and did his shady business but when it came to samantha he would do anything and everything. no matter how mad he was at her he would have never been behind the kidnapping. and sami shoots ej in the head and marries rafe (can we say lucas #2). i hate what days has done and hopefully they will correct their mistakes before they get cancelled.
