i really dont get this? so what if two patents are given for the same thing? who gets sued who has to back down???...

the second patent would be rejected... and if accepted, a potential infringer could point out the prior art and render the patent invalid

What we have to do? We should give honor but throw away the abuse. Use the inventions all you want but sub-press the collection services for them. Remember invention wants users, not owners. We make inventions and uphold the honor the natural way.
