I thought the end wankery went off on too much of a tangent this time Will. I know we hear it in a lot of your stuff but I LOVE this theme just that main melody is amazing so i would have loved to have heard something more done with it, with some synth voices as well as the guitar.

I suggest you watch the first two, they are instant classics. the third didn't live up to the hype however imo. Here's hoping the salvation will be as good as the first two :P

agreed, the 1st and 2nd are classics, Judgement Day is the best by far imo. The third is only good for its action, but lacks story. The 4th one is actually pretty good too imo as well. it has alot of nostalgic feeling to it

He should only watch the first 2. T3 is garbage, Salvation even worse.

The TV show is even worse than Salvation.

T2 ended the story, James Cameron the creator SAID SO. The only reason why the other 2 movies and that shit TV series exist is because he lost the rights again when he divorced Linda Hamilton, who sold them to Mario Kassar who wanted nothing to make another money grab. It was never about the art of film making, Cameron declined to do the later movies.

Yea, I had only seen the end of T2: Judgement Day and about half of T3 so the story and everything was quite unclear. But today I watched all 3 movies and I have to say I became fan of Terminator right away! And it's not just because old good Arnold, it's just the dark feeling and image of hopeless future, these movies and especially this theme create. I have to say that Terminator 2 is far the best of the original trilogy, Terminator 3 was good, but the first one kinda lacked action.

Im planning to go to see Salvation next week, it's nice to finally the actual war between humans and machines, but for what I have heard it isnt as good as previous movies.
