My bff told me a few years ago that this song for some reason reminded her of me. Now, flash forward to a time when I knew who Darren was. I stumbled upon this and heard Darren singing this and started crying. Firstly because I could totally pretend he was singing this to/about me. Secondly because it mixed my two favorite people together into one song-my bff and Darren. Now, when I hear this, I can always think of this good time in my life when I had her and Darren to make me smile :)

I've listened to this cover so many times, but each time I cry. Scratch that, I tear up during every one of his songs. He has come so far and surpassed all of his dreams. His life can only get better. He truly is living the good life. He may never sleep and be sick all of the time, but he is living the life he always dreamed of living. Darren Criss is my inspiration to never stop dreaming, do what you love, and to not be afraid to be passionate about two different things (acting and music)
