Is it just me ..I cant see any difference ..this must piss off alought of PC owners..care for somemore bad news PC technology is always on the cutting edge right up to date while Xbox has never changed one bit.... Oh ya Xbox just had a birthday last month happy 6th Xbox
@MGOStealth Um. No. I just got done playing this on a 1080p Asus VE249H and it really seems like you either swapped Xbox shots with PC shots, or your coloring options really suck ass. deal with it.
@MGOStealth Also, see the comparison video made by IGN and you'll see what I'm talking about. Bullshit vids like this piss me off because then I hear the dumb fucking "well I guess there's really not a difference between PC and console" Herp Derp!
@brianbuckler Maybe you should be more clear to what the hell you're on about, is it the brightness level you're butthurt about or something else?
I'm leaning towards that, yea... your upset that someone ELSE has options set to something different than you. So you throw a fit and post four comments about it.
I also don't know why your bitching about "well I guess there's really not a difference between PC and console" because, there clearly is one, a HUGE difference.
I can`t tell the difference between the images. Other than the PC and xbox logo in the top corners. Lame way to try and justify a multi thousand dollar purchase.
Most games are built for consoles now, thats where the money is. If your paying thousands to build some retarted computer to play a game that was built to run on xbox or ps3 you won`t see much of a difference at all.
@CorkedMagician This guys sucks at comparison videos, don't judge it by this one alone. If you have a friend with a gaming rig, then play the Mass Effect 2 demo from Steam on his/her setup and you'll really see the differences.
I play duck hunt on NES sometimes :P I'm just sad because most of the graphic engines nowdays are made in order to run also on console and so are limited. The stunning beauty of the first Crysis is still unmatched and I think that (sadly) I'll never feel so amazed as the first time I ran Crysis with all options at maximum (1 year after the game came out... I had to do a little graphical improvement to do so :P)
who the fuck cares about slight graphics differences as long as you enjoy the game? I´m a console and pc gamer and both the console and pc gaming fans are equally retarded in their "war" wich is best, play on what you like to play on, hell i still play super mario on nes sometimes!
@cogiskart It's simply pc gamers being right though, to me the idiots are xbox 360/pc/wii gamers because my friends pc runs 12 gigs of ram with amd processor overclocked to 5gigs (quadcore) I think he has best nvidia graphics chip, he also overclocked his gpu to about twice it's regular output :D. I don't say this stuff much, but the 360 is a 2005 gaming computer lmao.
@BazzCott who cares as long as you have fun playing. A good looking game is a good looking game no matter what platform. I still think breath of fire 3 for the ps1 is one of the best looking games ever.
@MGOStealth That's not what i meant by "boring and old".
I simply wanted to point out to the "Snarfizzle" guy, that the ME3 engine will be new and exciting to Xbox and pc players, whereas the PS3 players have already gotten used to the engine and will therefore (in a way) find it "boring and old".
@MGOStealth im a console gamer saving up to buy parts to build a pc just to game on. Its fucking expensive. and im making one that can run crysis 2 when it comes
@ABL36 Yea it can be abit expensive if you go for high end parts, but that way you wont need to upgrade to play at the highest settings for the next few years. I was actually in a similar position as you, I built a computer to play some PC games on last year. Before that I just used consoles, any way good luck with saving up.
@MojowidanAK You might have misunderstood me. The whole purpose of my first post here was to answer to your post which leaves the impression that you expect awesome things from the ME3 engine. However it does nothing but alter color, contrast and some self-shadowing. In order to be really impressive it would need better Texturing, more Anti Aliasing, better Anti Isotopic Filtering or even better Models. However non of those things are changed. Sadly, because i expected better graphics too.
@DemonFoxDeity Also include the fact they need shorter loading times too,but thats due to the amount of content being shown on the screen. The Xbox 360s hardrive can't take it so they split it into two disks for the 360. Wonder for the Ps3 version of Mass Effect 2 will be able to have shorter loads
@GuruGaming98 I do not think that the loading times will be much shorter, simply because the PS3 <BluRay Disk tray cant handle the same reading speed as the 360s DVD player. But you are right, its much easier with all content on one DIsk.

Your monitor's colors suck ass. Tune it to match the Xbox's HDTV or don't do it at all.
brianbuckler 3 months ago
@brianbuckler My monitor has nothing to do with in-game brightness settings. If you had just half a brain you'd know that already.

@CorkedMagician You're a fucking idiot and probably are a console player, thus restricting your knowledge on how games are made.

The only multi thousand dollar thing needed here is glasses, for you.

My ME2 has jagged edges on boxes, railing, floors, etc. when they're at a distance... not sure if it's meant to be that way or just my TV. >.<

@BloodyAcidFox Atleast we dont have to play with the same fucking engine for both ME2 AND ME3
It will be new and exciting to us, and boring and old to you when ME3 comes
Skidern 10 months ago
@Skidern Uhh... are you serious? ME1, ME2 and ME3 all use UE3.
MGOStealth 10 months ago
@MGOStealth The PS3 version of UE3 is much more developed - to an extent where it is an test on the ME3 engine
Skidern 10 months ago
@Skidern It's still the same engine.
ME3 will have all new content and gameplay features so I dont see how it will be "boring and old" on PS3.

im still gonna stick with pc. PC OWNS ALL CONSOLE!!!! for soso games i play ps3
:D
BAOUZIZI 1 year ago 3
@BAOUZIZI True it owns all consoles but it constantly needs upgrading to play each game to its fullest extent.
GuruGaming98 1 year ago
@GuruGaming98 Upgrading isn't required to play them at higher settings than current consoles though. A upgrade every 4 to 3 years would do fine.
