I didnt think of that. I thought it was a way of tuning. I usually bend and wiggle the strings to tune mine so I can hear the resonance better, rather than a single tone.

it is an E-minor string skipping arpeggio with an extra note added in. that extra note is A. On the G string pick down on the 14th fret and hammer on the 16th and 18th. then on the high E string up pick on the 14th fret. quickly down pick again on the 18th fret on the G string and pull off to the 16th then the 14th. loop that over and over except don't down pick again on the 14th fret on the G string like I said in the beginning just continue to hammer on the notes on the G string. D tuned BTW
