  • Youtube need to do like a social experiment, get all of the real people behind the facebook names to meet up and show in person what they know or claim works, would solve a lot of disputes. I love Systema, 99% of the people I know who have actually tried it, love it. The remaining 1% tried it once and got hurt because they wouldn't relax, too much aggression, in this case no it doesn't work, you can't have a martial art work while ignoring the principles. Either way, try it again - properly.

  • The guy is really, as you said, throwing himself behind on the floor when hit by vlad's fist. But the reason is not to impress anybody, it is simply so because if he doesn't it will be extremely painful. In Systema I learnt to receive punches, and I heard my instructor say that boxing punches, karate punches...etc... are much less harmful to a relaxed body, but unpleasant. I tried to take 3 karate punches in the solar plexus from a karate instructor, and 2 from a boxer ...

  • @ apioljoe I was just okay after that. Not that I didn't felt them, of course you feel a lot of power coming to you, but pain does evaporate in a few seconds. However I allways ask people not to go full power when they "systema punch" me in the solar plexus, otherwise I'm up for a few minutes of breathing to get it out (I'm no master)

note that I did not say that those punches were stronger, they are more effective on a relaxed body. I did not try to absorb them being not relaxed, but I won't.

  • по моему там учат жрать, судя по телам мегамастера и его инструктора в черной майке, который кстати плохой актер

  • пусть рябко в миксфайте покажет свою силу!

  • We should not discrace a beautiful art like Systema by verbally fighting here on youtube. Let does who do not know critisize, they're only critisising themselfs! And if You have felt the power of Systema You know it in Your heart, You do not have to defend critisism. Let the art speak for itself, all the answers lie inside ourselfs.

  • @Lenar2541 oh,beleieve me it speaks loud and clear the bunch of rubbish that it is.Tell me how anyone could conclude anything different from looking at jokes like this.I guarantee this fat chap ryabko is only in it for the money taken from fools and there alot of them around.

  • 0o i would like to see that at a moving, fighting opponent!

this kind of looks like...not real

  • wtf? sorry, my russian is bad...or beter...it does not exist... anyways...why is this chubby guy falling around after been touched...not even punched? I guess he gets paid from the other wo guys or he had too much vodka.......

  • @juramentado You don't know very much about Systema, do you? I also train it and I'm also able to punch like this. Of course not as hard as Mikhail and Vladimir, but I know how hard this way of punching is. The effectivity of Systema striking comes from the complete relaxation of your body, natural movements led by your breath, not your muscles, pressure points of the opponent's body and the direction the punch takes. You have to experience one of those punches, then you'll know what I mean ;-)

  • @MichaelfromFell are you blind,he never punched him, most of the time he never touched him.If no or barely any contact is made it cant cause him to move, never mind fall down.It was faked obviously to anyone with a brain

  • @juramentado don't mock things you've not experienced nor things you do not understand. i also thought xing yi was unreal, then my master send me flying with a simple touch of his palm.

  • @rAFiCoRe you were right to think it wasnt real,if you had any education in physics and biology youd know that was physically impossible.

  • @billysue2 it's not about physics, it is about neurobiological flaws you are taking advantage of of. the human brain can be tricked, you know. what you see is the guys body sending itself of balance because of a nerve shutdown, not through physical power. go take a systema or taiji class, then tell me something about physics and biology since i am not educated enough.

  • @rAFiCoRe the fatchap didnt even touch him some of the times, therefore couldnt effect the lads body.IT was either all in the clads mind/placebo or deliberately faked.

  • @billysue2 it's more of a slapping punch that goes rights through the person rather than "at the person", you know what i mean? i still advice you to educate yourself about internal martial arts like taiji, xingyi and systema (i referr to it as an internal art). it will really change you. if you do not believe it go see a authorized systema instructor and ask him to punch you if you're not scared of it. or at least watch another video bout systema where you see the punch more clearly. peace.

  • @rAFiCoRe there is no such thing as internal energy to begin with so those arts have no basis in realty

  • @billysue2: haha. internal energy is a euphemism for the interaction of each muscle of your body in a coordinated way. if you think that has nuffin' to do with reality, then you are a moron when it comes to martial arts. how old are you exactly? either you are the most ignorant person ive met so far OR you are a 12 year old.

  • @rAFiCoRe let me correct you.Internal energy isnt a euphemism for anything, they actually believe they can harness the so called life force known as chi or ki.Every sport in the world uses muscles in a coordinated way,in fact every movement in the world does so,it has nothing to do with chi,if it did it wouldnt be bullshit,it would be common sense

  • @billysue2 seriously, how old are you? i feel like the super nanny right now.. by coordinated movement i mean that you move while holding your structure so you use a minimum of your muscles that you would normally use to stand up erect.. are you even into martial arts? if you'd, you'd know that your body sends electric impulses through your spine to the limbs, which is no bullshit, but the exact way how your body works. in most sports you only use certain muscle groups, in taiji all of em.

  • @rAFiCoRe 25 years wrestling, thai ,bjj and tkd(17yrs).A degree in exercise physiology and sports rehab(thats my job now).Cordinated movement doesnt mean what youve stated.Using a minimum musculature to stand up definitely isnt what internal arts are founded on.Youre saying that chi means nerve conduction now are you?Ive never seen a combat sport that didnt use nearly all muscles, tajii doesnt and couldnt possibly use any more .

  • @billysue2 it just so happens that my xingyi sifu also has a background in several martial arts (internal and external) and also is a physiotherapist. taiji teaches you body mechanics which allow you to relax and still keep a correct body structure, which by the way does way more than keeping your body erect. sifu ways bout 100 kilo and i can't push him away using brute strength. using xingyi, i can. thats proof to me, you can keep flaming if you want. . . or you could do something important..

  • @rAFiCoRe you dont understand what proof means, because you think your internal rubbish increases strength doesnt make it true.Kung fu cant change physics.Do you actually think the word "weighs"is spelt " ways",.

  • @billysue2 excuse me, but as long as the "rubbish" works, and i increase my health by doing it, i don't give a fuck. it does not change physics, it is just stabilizes your body. english is not my mother language, and i know that it is not spelled right. it's just human to make mistakes, you know. so please just drop this whole thing, it's getting kinda annoying. take care.

  • Ryabko is funny to watch haha.

  • супер красавчики))

  • WOW!!!

  • Lost for words! This is one of the best videos I've ever seen. Great to see Michael and Vlad work together. Instant classic! Thanks for posting it.

  • @SystemshikUK youd want to see a shrink lad if you subscribe to that crap

  • @billysue2 Well that wasn't very nice! Why don't you try it and then post a comment based on your experience? I'm not going to go into the whole "my fighting and military background" thing, but having the pleasure meeting and training with both Michael and Vlad as well as other instructors all over the world I can honestly say that Systema is the only thing I will be practising for the rest of my life. It helps me to be a better person. That's all I need.

  • @SystemshikUK it wasnt meant to be nice, and neither is deceiving ignorant people that a style is effective and charging them an arm and a leg for complete bullshit.Any activity can make you a better person if you enjoy it.

  • @billysue2 Fair one. Like i said-try it before making a comment.

  • @SystemshikUK

tried it... and in my opinion all in the mind. Those "energy punches" didn't do anything to me... but they had a huge effect on the people who idolise Vasiliev and Ryabko. Systema sure has a solid base in human anatomy and biodynamics, economy of motion, nerve manipulation and so on. but this energy thing is a bridge to far for a critical and logical thinking human being as myself.
