hi chef i really loved ur way of cooking and recipes...... plz tell me how to make tomato puree homemade.... i tried out ur carrot halwa and paneer dish it came out very well
Ur recipes are awesome. I tried all the veg items like paalak paneer, masala dosa, samosas, channa batura, etc. as it is how u prepared. Everyone in my family and neighbours loved them. I love cooking. Pls show the GHEEE RICE video recipe. Am not interested in any other websites. Just am following u. Its true.
We generally put an order from the professional catering for any occasion, but after I saw VAHCHEF videos I have tried making jeera rice, Matar Paneer & semiya paysam recipe myself on my nephews Birthday which was on 06/07/2011 and every one appreciated it, as it was yummy and no one was believing that all the items was preprepared by me.
Thanks for showing such an easy method for preparing various recipes, it increase my confident, that I too can prepare yummy recipes
Vah reh, not at all too shabby. I tried some recipe and result was very succulent. I appreciate your advice. Nice to find some middle easterns on the wide web keen on food. Given the quality of food that comes out of that area, middle east, its a sure necessity.
hey chef when ever u cook something it looks so yummy n delicious tht i wish i can get inside the computer n steal it away frm your hands..lol... you are really a great chef
well, sounds good.... every things fine except they way u represent food... there should me nice soft music in ur studio background and lowering bit of your voice tone will do..! see how it works.... :-)
ye chef sal lavdu chutiya haim is maa ki bhadva sala 2-4 logo ne dekh kya liya apne aap ko mahan samajhne laga hain you looser chef tere se accha harpal singh sokhi hain aur ha apna dvd apne gandd main dalna YOU LOSER
Sanjay garu all your recipes are very helpful & delicious. Can you please tell me where can I get saffron food colour extract that doesn't taste bitter.
Hello Vahchef, I actually came across your site when I was looking for Palak Paneer recipe on google. From then on, I became a great fan of your site. Whatever I need tips / recipes I immediately open ur site. I like the way you made cooking simple
Really a big fan! All your recipies that i have tried have come out well! thanx to your videos and tips on cooking.. Gonna try jeera rice today.. hope it comes out well :)
for vahchef " if i eat atleast one cup of the rice , does it not turn to sugar in your system ? ahhh,,,, i dont want to gain weight since i have already lost 36 lbls..helllllpppppppp
@Genevee1 Yes it does but don't cut carbs from your diet altogether, it would be better to use brown rice, as it has more complex carbs, the body breaks these down much more slowly meaning not much energy is wasted and turned into fat, try and stick to whole grain foods.
Hmmm I tried it n came out very well. me n my husband love rice items n always confused n bored by doing Pulao n pongal n carrot rice. So i am happy wth this Jeera Rice . Thankq ..
as i am very much interested in cooking and also eating, i have been watching vah re vah.com from quiet some time, and i love to watch the receipes and to TRY ON SUNDAYS at home, believer it or not, they all come up very good, everybody appreciate the same.
this sunday i will prepare rajma masala exactly how you shown, and definately inform the result in my next mail,
this guy is one of the best indian chefs around trust me peeps follow him .......hes good i am a chef i know my spices ............about time i found someone decent
This way teh jeera is becoming soft ,If you need crispy Jeera take a 3/4 cooked rice and then add to it and cook teh remaing 1/4 rice with jeera +other ngredient.that will be more delicious.
Eversince I started watching vahrehvah, I have been cooking fresh food almost everyday...inspiring..simple yet delicious food, thankyou for the recipes.
Thanks sanjay
