@zionbnr32 u might have a point if the person is planing on racing it but if hes a calm driver a 750 is plenty of power plus the insurance on the 1000s is way more than the 750s.
@zionbnr32 750 seems to be a strange breed, never able to take a 1000 in a line, but never a flick-able as a 600 in the corners. It does not seem to have a purpose except to be either a stepping stone to something greater, or a balance between two styles of riding, this is something that I feel is achieved very well.
I recently rode both a 2006 Triumph Daytona 675 and a 2007 GSXR 750 (100mi each). Probably the most fun I have had in a very long time. The 750 is my new favorite bike over an R1.

im just sayin though...its really tough in it. did you see the smoke? thats oil sneaking past the rings into the combustion chamber because its not up to temp yet and the internals have not yet reached running tolerance. poor bike. but what do i know....fire it up cold and red line it for the dudes on youtube! well worth it!
i was 17 and bought a 72 harley sportster. im 32 now. i've had all sorts of bikes but only one i still care to own.... a K-7 gsxr 750. eats almost all other bikes hands down. and sharp as a razor handling. worth the price no doubt
Can you hear a litle squeeky sound at 23-24 sec during the diagnostics?? I have the same bike as this and that squeeky sound comes from my bike too.. I was wondering for a while that there is something wrong but aparently not. Does anyone know where that sound comes from??
Actually that sound is not the "fuel pump". There is a valve in the exhaust (look down there and you will see a spring). The SQUEAK you here is when the fuel injection primes the bike that valve opens and then shuts. Tends to become a little squeaky when the bike hasn't been riden in a while. Spray a little WD-40 around that spring and it will stop.
Hey dude, like the way your bike sounds. Though I have a few questions.... I have a K7 GSX-R 750 charcoal gray(anyway) everything stock, when replacing your exhaust/silencer, no problems with the connections and do you draw the attention of the po po's.
i have the2006 it does tingle a lil bit but its not to bad/ great bik tho i have the blck and maroon color/ I set the front tire down at 110mph, stock with gp1 pipe and k&n filter.

just wondering, im looking to buy one and someone told me that your hands get numb after a while cause of the shaking of the bars and you need to get a stabalizer to stop it.

Just get a 600. Cheaper insurance, less gas, and cheaper price tag, and power difference between the 2 is like 10-15%.
